Peerbaba collects only the information needed to provide the service you request, process and confirm payment, deliver an order, respond to you, and maintain necessary business and financial records.
Information We Collect
Depending on the service, this may include your name, email address, delivery address, family or relationship names, dream details, service choices, order history, payment references, and communications with us.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review and fulfil orders, prepare requested services, deliver physical items, send confirmations, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not store payment-card details; payments are handled by PayPal.
Security
Sensitive order details, including names, addresses, relationship details, dream text, customer profile notes, and internal order remarks, are encrypted in the application database. Access to order information is restricted to authorised administration users. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Email and Service Providers
Order confirmations are sent through our email provider. Administrative order alerts may be delivered through browser push-notification providers without including customer-sensitive details. PayPal processes payments and receives the information required to complete them. Hosting, email, payment, push-notification, and backup providers may process limited information while providing their services.
Retention
We retain order and payment records for service, support, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. A formal customer deletion-request and anonymisation workflow is planned for a future phase. Until then, privacy enquiries may be sent using the contact details below.
Your Choices
You may contact us to ask what information we hold, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal reasons.
